Privacy
How this site handles your information.
The short version
This is a personal website. It collects two things: what you choose to send through the contact form, and usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both of those set cookies, and Clarity records an anonymised replay of how pages are used. Your details are never sold, and you are never added to a newsletter automatically.
Contact form
When you submit the form, the information you enter (name, email, and what you write) is sent so I can reply. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
Two tools measure how this site is used, and both set cookies in your browser.
Google Analytics 4 reports aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get clicked. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. You can opt out across every site that uses it with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, and can replay that as an anonymised session. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so the replay does not contain what you wrote. Microsoft handles this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Personal details such as your email, name, or the contents of a message are never sent to either tool.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing radwanaltaf@outlook.com.
This page is written in plain language for clarity. For a specific legal jurisdiction, Radwan Altaf may adapt the wording with professional advice.
